We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please use the Contact Us form and include your order number, the items you’d like to return, and a short description of the reason.
If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right. In these cases, you can choose between a refund or a replacement.
If you’ve simply changed your mind, you can request a refund once the item has been returned in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when an item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected.
